Update Node,TypeScript,Rollup dependencies

@types/lodash@3.10.3 broke the template since lodash is assumed to be
global. Adds a shim to types file to allow continued use of a global
lodash since the game provides 3.10 automatically.
Update rollup to 2.0, and associated rollup plugins
